Stunning Squares Knitted Beanie
This is just a quick and small post about one of my favourite patterns for a beanie hat . Firstly - this is not my pattern. I found the pattern in a book called Knitting for the Absolute Beginner by Alison Dupernex and have used this pattern multiple times for close family. You can find the authors works here: Alison Dupernex However, my main reason for posting this is because it is made from 2 knitted squares . Its shape comes from the added extras which are easy to make. If you can knit stockinette stitch and rib stitch then you can do this pattern. This style is a firm favourite of my husband - so much so he chose the yarn , bought it himself then told me what he wanted from it!
